- The different styles of rum
- The required elements and flavour pairings to make the perfect rum
- Rum and food pairing
- The perfect serve and how this will impact on customer service and sales
- Classic rum cocktail
Course Duration: 40 minutes*

Assessment: Upon completion of the course, learners will complete an end-of-learning assessment consisting of 5 questions. 80% of the questions will need to be answered correctly to receive a certificate.
